Our Story

Born in the Silicon Valley of Hardware

EMS Wearable was founded in 2016 by a team of former Foxconn, Huawei, and Fitbit engineers who saw a gap: Western brands wanted wearable devices but struggled with the fragmented Shenzhen supply chain.

We consolidated the entire journey under one roof. Industrial design on the second floor. PCB assembly on the third. App development on the fourth. Today we ship to brands in 20+ countries from our 3,500 sqm facility in Bao'an Xixiang — a 15-minute drive from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport.

The name "Xixiang" matters. This district alone produces over 60% of the world's wearable devices. Our engineers, our suppliers, our testing labs — all within a 3 km radius. That density is our moat.

USA & Canada. Radiated emissions, conducted emissions, SAR. Pre-compliance scanning on-site before formal lab submission.
CE / UKCA
European Union & United Kingdom. EMC, LVD, RED, RoHS, REACH. Full technical file preparation for self-declaration or notified body review.
FDA / CE MDR
Medical device regulatory path for ECG, SpO2, and CGM wearables. Design history file, risk management (ISO 14971), biocompatibility (ISO 10993).

Dust-tight and water immersion testing per IEC 60529. Pressure testing up to 50 meters equivalent. In-house test chambers for rapid iteration.
Bluetooth SIG
QDID listing for all Bluetooth-enabled devices. BQE review, ICS selection, test plan generation. We handle the entire declaration process.
SAR Testing
Specific Absorption Rate for head and body-worn configurations. Pre-test simulation with EM modeling software. Formal testing at ISO 17025 accredited labs.

Our Facility

Bao'an Xixiang, Shenzhen

3,500 sqm across four floors. In-house SMT lines (4x Yamaha YSM20R), 3D printing for rapid prototypes, anechoic chamber for pre-compliance RF testing, and a dedicated QC lab with 14 inspection stations.
