Industrial Design

You share your vision. We deliver 3–5 concept sketches within 72 hours, complete with CMF (color, material, finish) boards. Once a direction is locked, our ID team produces high-fidelity 3D renders and a 1:1 resin mockup for your review.

Week 1–2

EE + Firmware

Electrical engineering runs in parallel with ID. We select the MCU/SoC platform (Nordic, Realtek, Actions, Airoha, Mediatek), design the PCB, and port our base firmware. Your brand's UX logic and feature set are layered on top of proven, FCC/CE-pre-certified hardware blocks.

App Development

iOS and Android companion apps — white-label SDK integration with your brand identity. Device pairing, data sync, OTA firmware updates, user profiles, and cloud dashboards. Our app team delivers a fully functional MVP by the time hardware prototypes are ready.

04

Prototyping & EVT

Engineering Validation Testing begins. 20–50 working prototypes are produced on our pilot line. We validate fit, finish, antenna performance, battery life, sensor accuracy, and water resistance. Your team receives 5 units for hands-on evaluation.

Certification

We manage the full compliance pipeline: FCC (USA), CE (EU), SAR testing, IP68 water/dust certification, and Bluetooth SIG listing. Our designs leverage pre-certified modules to accelerate this phase. DVT samples are already production-representative.

Week 6–8
06

Mass Production

PVT (Production Validation Testing) confirms yield rates above 98%. Production lines ramp to 5,000–20,000 units per day. Inline QC stations check every device. Final packaging, palletizing, and FOB Shenzhen — your wearables are ready for global distribution.

In-house sensor integration expertise. We source, tune, and validate every biometric sensor across skin tones, body types, and activity states.

PPG
Multi-channel optical heart rate with motion artifact compensation. 24/7 continuous or spot-check modes.
SpO2
Reflectance pulse oximetry. Dual-wavelength (660nm/940nm) validated against clinical-grade fingertip sensors.
ECG
Single-lead electrocardiogram via dry electrodes. AFib detection algorithms pre-validated for FDA submission.
Accelerometer
3-axis MEMS. Step counting, sleep staging, swim stroke detection, fall detection — tuned per device profile.
Gyroscope
6-axis IMU fusion. Orientation tracking, golf swing analysis, gesture recognition — sub-degree accuracy.
Temperature
Skin temperature sensing with 0.1 C resolution. Basal body temp trending, fever alerts, thermal comfort analysis.
GNSS / GPS
Multi-constellation (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou). AGPS for 3-second cold-start fix. Sub-meter accuracy with RTK option.
Barometer
Absolute pressure sensor. Floor-level altitude tracking, stair counting, weather trend detection — 10cm relative accuracy.

Nordic Wellness Brand — Slim Fitness Tracker

A Scandinavian wellness startup needed a minimal, design-forward fitness band with medical-grade SpO2 — at a consumer price point.

We adapted our 0.96" OLED reference design with a custom aluminum unibody in their signature matte sand finish. The SpO2 algorithm was validated against a clinical pulse oximeter with mean bias of 0.3% across Fitzpatrick skin types I–VI. App SDK delivered in English, Swedish, and Finnish. First shipment of 50,000 units arrived in Stockholm 55 days after PO confirmation.

Southeast Asian Telco — Carrier-Branded Smartwatch

A major telecom operator wanted an LTE smartwatch with eSIM to bundle with postpaid plans. Budget constrained, quality non-negotiable.

We built on a Spreadtrum platform with 1.4" AMOLED, integrated eSIM provisioning per GSMA SGP.22, and pre-loaded the telco's health + payment app. Passed carrier acceptance testing on the first submission. 500K units delivered over 12 months with a field failure rate below 0.4%.

US Digital Health Startup — ECG Patch Monitor

A Silicon Valley health-tech startup needed a single-lead ECG patch with 7-day continuous recording, cloud upload, and FDA 510(k) path.

We designed a flexible PCB on polyimide substrate with medical-grade hydrogel electrodes. The firmware implemented real-time AFib detection (sensitivity 98.7%, specificity 99.3% in pre-submission testing). We managed biocompatibility testing (ISO 10993), EMC pre-compliance, and delivered the design history file for their 510(k) submission. Device received FDA clearance 4 months later.
